The game has major problems, they have at least identified that they need to fix it sooner then BW Austin did with SWTOR, but if it is going to take a long time to fix Anthem, Bioware is going to find that people will have moved on from Anthem too when they fix the game, and then, that is ASSUMING 2.0 is good. Now the spotlight turns to Bioware’s favorite child “Anthem” and history is repeating. And the expansion just wasn’t very good either, coupled with all the game changes made in 4.0 still being there and now more bad game decisions added to it, it was always going to end in failure. ![]() Only problem with that was the player base they expected to return didn’t. Then years later, Bioware Austin decided to try and return SWTOR back to its roots by bringing back Darth Marr for the latest expansion. When they released Knights of the fallen empire/eternal throne, that patch (4.0) drove a massive chunk of the fan base away with idiot game decisions made by the devs (around end game gearing, new gear only coming from the Cartel Market) and the even more idiotic decision by Bioware to make the story focus more on the Valkorian family squabble then about your character like in past expansions.
